The artist Lucy Loveheart was commissioned iby Chatsworth, to paint a picture of The West Front, depicting 'The Twelve Days Of Christmas' . Within the painting, Father Christmas is reading to some of the characters featured in the much loved, cumulative, Christmas carol. Hanging from the Christmas tree are the famous five gold rings and above Father Christmas is the star of the show... 'A Partridge in a Pear Tree'

Lucy used a rich, vibrant colour pallet of reds, burgundy, cobolt blue and forest green adorned with gold.
