Dispatch

PLEASE NOTE THAT AS WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF MOVING WAREHOUSE, ALL ORDERS WILL NOT NOW BE DESPATCHED UNTIL TUESDAY 28TH MARCH 2017.  WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (please note that any orders placed at the weekend will not be processed until the Monday after).  An order acknowledgment with parcel tracking information (for couriered deliveries only) will be sent once your order has been placed.

ALL ORDERS PLACED OVER A BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND WILL BE DISPATCHED FROM THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY.  (ANY ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND THE NEW YEAR WILL BE DISPATCHED FROM TUESDAY 3RD JANUARY).

Deliveries via UK Mail will require a signature.  The courier delivers Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with the exception of Bank Holidays.  If the delivery of your order has been attempted twice and then returned to our Fulfilment House, please note that if you require us to re-send it, we will need to charge you for delivery again.

 

Import Duty 

If your delivery is outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once your order reaches your country.  You must meet any of these additional charges.

 

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel an order, you have 7 working days from the date you placed your order to do so by emailing us at sales@lucyloveheart.com.  If your order has already been dispatched, then please refer to the Unwanted Items section below.If in the unlikely event that your goods are not delivered within 30 days, you are automatically entitled to claim a full refund.

Unwanted items

We hope that you will be really pleased with your goods, however if you decide you don't want to keep them, provided they are in a saleable condition, we will be happy to offer you a full refund. Just contact us and return your items to us within 14 days of receiving them along with the original packaging and your order and contact details to the following address:

Your original payment method will be credited within 14 days of us receiving your unwanted items. Please note that you will need to cover the cost of sending the items back to us. 

Also please note that our return policy only applies to items which have not been personalised, unless those items are faulty or damaged.

  

Damaged items

If any of your items are damaged, please contact us within 14 days of your order being delivered and we will send you a return label to allow you to send your goods back to us at no cost to you.
