A unique opportunity has arisen to join the Lucy Loveheart Team.  Lucy Loveheart is an international artist and a growing brand with product ranges in M&S, as well as key tourist venues throughout the UK such as Chatsworth House, Blenheim Palace and Kew Gardens. Lucy’s charming naïve style has also won fans around the world through private commissions, licensing partnerships and high street stockists. The product range includes: Original Paintings, Art Prints, Greeting Cards, Stationery, Home and Gift.

We are looking for a motivated, organised and flexible self-employed freelancer to support Lucy and the team with a range of administrative and operational tasks.  For the right candidate, there is potential to grow with us.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

Product management

  • Assisting the Studio with new product development process
  • Liaising with suppliers and ordering stock
  • Act as point of contact with fulfilment partner
  • Managing new product launches and critical paths

Administrative support

  • Workload planning
  • Maintaining and updating website
  • Managing product database
  • Handling royalty payments with licensing partners
  • Handling invoice payments
  • Producing sales and inventory reports

Sales

  • Handling trade orders
  • Marketing to attract new customers
  • Building relationships with trade customers

Customer service

  • Handling trade enquiries and setting up new accounts
  • Handling online enquiries and issues

 

Key qualities

  • Organised
  • Computer literate
  • Demonstrates initiative
  • Willingness to be flexible, learn and grow with the role
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communicator
  • Interested in products and brands (ideal but not essential)

 

Skills and experience needed

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
  • Previous experience of working in an office, managing a busy schedule and/or customer service
  • Experience of Shopify and Xero (ideal but not essential)

 

Terms

  • Hourly rate of £12
  • Upto c. 16 hours/week
  • Working from home and occasionally an office space in Norwich
