ABOUT THE LOVEHEART TEAM

Lucy Loveheart Creations Ltd was formed in 2014 bringing together the business and artistic skills of four women with a shared vision to build a unique company around the artwork and designs of the artist Lucy Loveheart. So far, the team have collaborated on an impressive catalogue of exclusive ranges for M&S, Chatsworth, Kew Gardens, Blenheim Palace, Holkham Hall, Wakehurst, and The RHS. They have also worked on projects for a number of esteemed clients including The Little White Company and The National Trust.

The ethos behind the company is to sprinkle a little magic into peoples lives and inspire creativity through art. They invite you to step into Lucy‘s world where you can explore secret gardens and enchanted buildings and meet mystical creatures.

Janice Robson
Business Development Director

Art enthusiast Janice first stumbled upon Lucy’s paintings at an exhibition in rural Norfolk, and has been immersed in the magical world ever since, first buying the ‘Treasure and Magic’ painting for her husband, and progressing to Lucy creating a painting of her home in the Vale of Belvoir for a recent birthday. She is also fairly organised, and focuses her time on finding new opportunities for ranges and collaborations for the brand. When not writing, typing, or talking about the Lucy brand, Janice can be found at an array of equestrian competitions, either watching, grooming, or cuddling one of her favourite steeds. She enjoys travelling with the rest of the Robson clan, to easily accessible locations such as Easter Island, Patagonia, China, Namibia and Botswana to name a few. Her next trip is to Uruguay, combining her fondness for far-flung locations and equine friends.

Sara Sherriff
Product Development Director

Sara was born in the East End and developed a love of business on her Mum and Dad's market stalls. A cockney girl at heart, she is a frequent visitor to her old manor, but is now more regularly found ferrying her two children to an array of interesting activities around rural Norfolk. She is the Queen of product development, sourcing all our amazing items from textiles to ceramics, with a great attention to detail and flair for capturing Lucy’s work on a variety of surfaces. Not content with just making products for Lucy, Sara is also an incredible doll-maker, and crafts exquisite handmade dolls from vintage materials. She sells these online and at trade fairs, while always keeping an ear out for the next big thing for Lucy Loveheart.

Patrick Holt
Studio Director
SPACE

Patrick is from a family with a strong engineering background and studied Art History at university in Norwich. Set up with Lucy on a blind date over 25 years ago, they were tasked with organising an art show together and have been doing pretty much this ever since. His mission is to make sure that all Lucy has to worry about is her art. Patrick is happier behind the scenes, supporting Lucy in a myriad of ways including preparing and mounting artwork, dealing with daily enquiries about Lucy’s work, organising the studio. He has created an enchanted garden around the studio. Frankly, we don’t know what we would do without him.  A cocktail-making wizard, and purveyor of fine foods, he has assumed the role of Head of Catering at our company meetings.

Past Experience:
  • Managing the studio, order, and commissions process
  • Customer relations
Magical talent: Keeping Lucy and the rest of us on track

Hannah is a recent addition to the LL team, where her way with words and computer wizardry help to deliver a host of delightful messages sprinkled with magic. She is also a keen photographer, which comes in very handy when needing new images for our communications and website, and usually carries out these activities accompanied by her dog or cat. She shares Janice’s enthusiasm for everything equestrian, and is also a keen rider herself. Her original steed, Monty, has previously been mistaken for a unicorn, or a zebra (depending on his outfit).
