The Great British High Street

Lucy Loveheart The Great British High Street
The Great British High Street is a collection of paintings inspired by Lucy’s love of unique and independent shops on high streets of Britain. Most of the buildings in this collection are re-imagined versions of some of her favourite quaint and quirky shops in her local market towns. Lucy inherited a love of architecture from her father who was an artist. He campaigned passionately to save many old buildings which were disappearing or in danger of being pulled down in her home county of Suffolk when she was growing up.
